1. Submit your 12th mark-sheet OR graduation certificate along with pan card, cancelled cheque OR bank proof, address proof, sample signature and passport size photograph for registration as an insurance agent. 2. Candidates have to complete the pre-examination training of 25 hours (both online and offline options are available for pre-exam training).
3. Pass the online IRDA exam .
4. After passing the IRDA exam we will provide sales training along with objection handling aspects and you will be allotted an agency code in which you will submit the policies and start your earning.
As we said above you can attend the online training if you can’t attend the classes due to job. Online training can be completed sitting at home at your free time or in weekends.
Commission payable to agents depends on which policy agents are selling and what is the premium paying term of the policy. At the time of policies training all commission structure will be elaborated to you.
